With over 20 years of experience in Fruit and Veg, Stav has been involved extensively in both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry. It’s his experience in working in and owning fruit shops, to working as a produce specialist for large chains that gives him great insight into the challenges that retailers face. Making the step to working on the other side with some of the largest Wholesalers in Queensland allowed him to see how the retailers can be treated better, with honest communication not constant BS, and more competitive pricing.
